Your GPU need to be capable DX11 to launch the game, however, your GPU is not a real graphic card but a chipset integrated in your processor, and by the way your chipset is not a capable DX11. I'm sorry.

I advise others to use a desktop computer with at least an AMD Radeon HD5450 or a nVidia GeForce GT430, if you have one of these cards, you will surely launch Crysis 3, but it will not be fluent and very beautiful... (For example : I have a HD5450 and launch the game in 1024x768 in minimum graphics)
