TRIED AND TESTED MULTIPLE TIMES!
STEPS (1-6):
1. Go to my.smart.com.ph and create your account.
2. Register using your blocked smart mobile number para mas madali ang proceso ng pag-unblock (Fill all the required fields).
3. You will be ask for verification code, Enter the code given to you and hit "Next" then "Continue".
4. Under "YOUR ACCOUNTS" you will see "My Smart Accounts" then press "Select" on right side of your blocked number.
5. After selecting your number Go to YOUR SMART ACCOUNTS -> Account Services -> Phone & Sim, (+) Expand "INTERNATIONAL ROAMING" and Select "Deactivate International Roaming" and press "Proceed".
6. Congrats your smart sim is now unblocked if your "Request was submitted". Olrayt!!

Note:
* Recommended na may minimum of 2 pesos load ka ka-SB para di ka papalya sa STEP 5.
* This Trick is not applicable for Smart Bro sim, contact Smart service center instead.
* I hide my number on some SS for security reasons and i used "edche ramde" as my dummy name.
Tips:
* Pag registered kana pwede kanang mag unblocked ng ibang number mo using "ADD NEW ACCOUNT" tab (found @ STEP 4). Input your blocked sim # then hit NEXT after verification process proceed STEP 4.
