Note: Crash Fix : "MUST CHECK", Solution : Create a Shortcut for SplinterCell4.exe go to Desktop Right Click Shortcut go "Properties" -> "Shortcut Tab" add "-ll" in Shortcut (Without Quote) ; example : [ Target: "D:\GAMES\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent [www.pocketgames.ir]\SCDA-Offline\System\SplinterCell4.exe" -ll ]



Optional : Click "Compatibility Tab" Check "Run in 640x480 Screen Resolution","Disable Visual Themes",Disable Desktop Composition" Click "Apply then OK" Start the game

Added : My SplinterCell4.ini Config For Low End/Low FPS

Note : About this Config File:

This is my Configured Ini File. this Config file makes the game playable on low end PC. especially on High end users that Having some Low FPS issue. because this game is Poorly Optimized.and yeah inside the config file. there are lots of Visual FX,Graphics Quality,High Detail Shader,Texture Quality, and U.E added "Skin Quality" i don't know why. you can't change this values to "Low" this values "Texture Quality and Skin Quality" sets automatically to "High" but you can change it to "Veryhigh" and "UltraHigh" ( higher value uses more RAM) and let's go back to our solution work. anyway in this config. i have changed the texture values to medium. (i'd used the U.E 4 Editor Using SplinterCell.exe) and removes High Visual FX,Specular Lighting, Low Shadow Resolution, and High Detail Shader/Effect to "Simple Shader/Effect" just a Little tweak to make the game playable on your PC. set this config file to "Read Only" then try to set the Brightness and Contrast to Low and High so now you can see where to hide in shadows. set Brightness to "40" and Contrast to "45" in the game settings.don't change anything in this config. backup your SplinterCell4.ini first.
